The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 9/28/2023 –
At 1:02 p.m., the CFD responded to the 800 block of Central Ave N for a report of a fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, the alarm had been reset, and it was found that a contractor had cut a wire, which caused the alarm to activate. There was no danger present. Once the area was deemed safe, the CFD cleared the scene.
