The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday, October 5, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
Items on the consent agenda include the approval of minutes from the September 21 regular and September 28 special meetings, a resolution approving city bills and disbursements in the amount of $644,522.02, a resolution regarding a special event permit request for UMC Homecoming, and a resolution authorizing execution of the 2027 Office of Traffic Safety Grant Agreement.
The main agenda includes a resolution approving the 2026 agreement for impound shelter services between the City of Crookston and the Humane Society of Polk County, Inc., doing business as Scruffy Tails Humane Society.
The Ways and Means Committee will not meet due to a lack of agenda items.
The next Crookston City Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 19, at 5:30 in the council chambers at City Hall.
