The Crookston Pirates used a different lineup, but the result was the same as they beat the Moorhead Spuds 6-1 in a dual in Moorhead.
CROOKSTON VS MOORHEAD
The Crookston Pirates switched the lineup and still dominated as Hudson Rick played at second singles and won a hard-fought match 7-5. 7-5. The third and fourth singles were the same as usual, as Gunnar Groven cruised to a 6-0, 6-3 victory, and Ean Deleon coasted to a 6-1, 6-2 win to get three wins in singles.
In doubles, the Pirates teamed up Reggie Winjum and Grant Funk, and they dominated 6-2, 6-0. At second doubles., Sawyer Anderson and Colton Osborn won a battle 6-3, 6-3. At third doubles, Jacob Halvorson and Alex Zammert won the first set 7-5 before pulling away for a 6-2 victory in the second set to sweep the doubles on their way to a 6-1 team victory.
