The City of Crookston is working with Waste Management to address concerns from residents who did not receive recycling pickup services on Wednesday, according to a statement from City Hall Thursday afternoon. Waste Management says they are currently looking into the issue on their end to determine why some recycling routes were missed.
City officials say Waste Management will be back in Crookston Friday to service the recycling bins that were not emptied. Waste Management utilizes an onboard tracking system that identifies which homes did not receive recycling service, so residents do not need to report their addresses at this time.
