The Crookston High School and Middle School choirs had a busy week this past week.
On Monday, the Crookston High School Concert Choir had its Spring Concert. The concert ended in the dark, with the choir and audience pulling out their cell phone flashlights and singing Flashlight from Pitch Perfect 2. “Many of our members have worked hard on getting g points for the letter in music,” said choir instructor Adrianne Winger.
On Wednesday, the Crookston Middle School Choir attended the University of Minnesota Crookston Jr. High Festival along with Red Lake Falls and East Grand Forks. “We were fortunate to have our very own Mr. James Kent perform, with George French accompanying him,” said choir instructor Adrianne Winger. “Mr. Kent was also the clinician.”
