The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston has reported the arrest of the following:
Cole Errol Miller, 22, of Waubun, for fourth-degree DUI
Wilber Arnulfo Castagena Hernandez, 35, arrested in Crookston, for second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, causing substantial bodily harm
