The 19th Annual RiverView Foundation Golf Classic, held on June 10, was a tremendous success, thanks to the support of sponsors, donors, and golfers. The Vaaler Insurance/Garden Valley Technologies team—Jen Marben, Andy Vaaler, Brian Grunhovd, and Matt Derosier—emerged victorious, adding to their accolades from the 2023 championship.
Randy Schoenborn, Foundation Director, announced that the event raised over $27,500. These funds will purchase automated medication equipment for the Surgical Services Department and support children’s initiatives.
Major sponsors included Glen and Marlys Finkenbinder, Dr. Brennen and Catrina Smith, Mindak Law, Consulting Radiologists, Garden Valley Technologies, USI Insurance Services, Hugo’s Family Marketplace, New Horizon Foods, CL Linfoot Company, Lunseth Plumbing and Heating, Magnet Solutions/ARS, and the Felhaber Larson Foundation.
Schoenborn expressed gratitude, saying, “Each year, I’m amazed by the generosity of sponsors, donors, and players, both past and new. Their contributions significantly impact RiverView, enhancing patient care.”
Since its inception, the Golf Classic has raised nearly $458,000 for patient-focused initiatives, ensuring top-notch care in a comfortable environment.
