The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Chance Jennings Schuel, 30, of Crookston, for Domestic Assault
Jason Daniel Jarvis, 51, of Minneapolis, for Trespassing into a Public or Private
Haley Lynn Marie Suedel, 34, of East Grand Forks, for 3rd-Degree Drugs Possession
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –

At 1:33 a.m., the CFD responded to the 400 block of Houston Ave for a report of a large unidentified burning. Upon arrival, it was found to be a recreational fire. The CFD talked to the individuals, who agreed to keep the fire within the allowed parameters for a recreational fire. The CFD then cleared the scene.
At 12:20 p.m., the CFD responded to the 300 block of E Robert St. for a report of a large bonfire. Upon arrival, it was found that individuals were burning some branches in the fire. The CFD informed them that could not be burning branches and would need to adhere to the recreational fire parameters. The individuals agreed, and the CFD then cleared the scene.
