The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests –
Chanze Martin Herman, 32 of Fort Totten ND, for Drugs-3rd Degree-Possession of Methamphetamine
Brittany Dae Reyes, 29 of Fort Totten ND, for Drugs-3rd Degree-Possession of Methamphetamine
Jacob Lee Else, 21 of Crookston, for Tampering with a motor vehicle and entering without permission
Kannon Lee Boulduc, 22 of Grand Forks, for Drugs-3rd Degree-Possession of Methamphetamine
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 7/13/2021 –
At 4:30 p.m., the CFD responded to the Kertsonville Township for a ditch on fire. Upon investigation, an individual was out mowing and hit a rock, which threw some sparks and ignited a fire. CFD extinguished the fire, and once the area was deemed safe, cleared the scene.
At 6:37 p.m., the CFD responded to the North Acres Estates trailer court for a smell of gas in the trailer house. Upon investigation, a leak was found on a fitting. CFD shut the gas off and advised the homeowner to change the fitting, and then cleared the scene.
