The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Randy Deo Munter, 45, of Twin Valley, for 3rd-Degree Methamphetamine Possession
Jennifer Ann Jensen, 31, of Twin Valley, for 3rd-Degree Methamphetamine Possession in School/Park/Pub Housing Zone
Trinity Gabriella Korynta, 22, of East Grand Folks, for storing Meth Paraphernalia
in the Presence of Children or a Vulnerable Adult
Charles Richard Schoen, 42, of Gary, for Terroristic Threats
Christopher Scott Jenkins, 43, of Crookston, for Constructive Contempt of Court, disobedience of lawful judgement
Jonathan Blomquist, 57, no address included, for Driving after Driver’s License cancellation.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –
6/17/2022
At 6:40 p.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of S Main St for a report of an accidental fire alarm pull station activation. Upon arrival, the CFD reset the pull station and reset the alarm. There was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.
6/18/2022
At 5:50 p.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of Hurlbut St for a report of a tree that had fallen on a powerline. Upon arrival, the CFD secured the scene and contacted Ottertail Power Company, and the CFD stayed on the scene until Ottertail Power arrived to clear the powerline of any debris. The CFD then cleared the scene.
At 6:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of 5th Ave NE for a smell of sewer gas within the home. The CFD used gas detecting monitors and there was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.
6/19/2022
At 1:45 a.m., the CFD responded to the 2300 block of Sahlstrom Dr for a fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that a burst water line to the water heater had caused the alarm activation. The CFD shut off a water line and turned over control to staff who called a plumber to make repairs. The CFD then cleared the scene.
At 2:40 p.m., the CFD responded to the 1200 block of US Hwy 75 for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that there was no danger present. The CFD tried resetting the panel, but it did not reset. The CFD then turned over control to staff, who then contacted the alarm company, and cleared the scene.
At 10:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the 400 block of Woodland Ave to let local EMS into a building. The CFD then assisted local EMS with a lift assist. The CFD then cleared the scene.
