ARREST/FIRE REPORT – JUNE 21 2024

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following- 

Wynona Augusta Isum, 32, of Crookston, for DUI in the third degree, driving while impaired.

Randy Dale Strebig, 43, for Assault in the fifth degree.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 6/20/2024 – 

At 9:50 a.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Walsh St for a fire alarm activation. Upon investigation, it was found that dust had gotten in the detector during some regular maintenance. There was no danger present. The CFD reset the alarm and then cleared the scene.

At 11:57 a.m., the CFD responded to the intersection of US Hwy 2 and US Hwy 75 for a report of a three-car accident. The CFD assisted with roadway cleanup and traffic control. Once their services were no longer needed, the CFD cleared the scene.
