Gabriel Joseph Valenti Tellefson, 28, of Leonard, for Obstructing a Legal Process by Interfering with a Peace Officer
Ruy Ronaldo Alinis Jr., 41, of Owatonna, for DUI and Refusing to Submit to a Chemical Test.
