The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Jesse James Donarski, 28 of Crookston, for felony 3rd-degree possession of methamphetamine in school, park, or public housing zone.
Trina Rebecca Rogers, 23 of Crookston, for felony 3rd-degree possession of methamphetamine in school, park, or public housing zone.
Jacob Douglas Hobus, 30 of East Grand Forks, for felony manufacturing or attempting to manufacture meth in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult.
Katy Lyn Blankenship, 28 of Crookston, for felony 3rd-degree possession of 10 kilos or more of marijuana mixture.
Zachary Allen Kelly 30, of Grand Forks, ND, for felony 3rd-degree possession in a school, park, or public housing zone.
