Alex Avtonomavich Martushev, 38 of Winger, for DUI
Cassidy Mountain Glover, 23 of Grand Forks ND, for probation violation
Bruce Larry Carter, 37 of Thief River Falls, for driving after cancellation
Valerie Jo Bellanger, 38 of Rothsay, for failure to appear
Alexander David Chaffee, 32 of Crookston, for DUI first-degree alcohol concentration of .10 or more within two hours
