Paul Michael Hlucny, 23 of Crookston, for felony 4th-degree assault of a peace office by demonstrable bodily harm or the throwing or transferring of bodily fluids or feces.

Laura LeAnn Belcourt, 54 of Fosston, for misdemeanor contempt of court for constructive disobedience of a lawful judgment, order, or process of the court.

The Crookston Fire Department responded to the following calls on 1/6/2020:

At 4:10 p.m., the CFD responded to a call at the 500 block of Walsh St. for an alarm activation. Upon investigation, it was found that mist from a cleaning machine that was cleaning the room had activated the alarm. The CFD reset the alarm and cleared the scene.

At 6:40 p.m., the CFD responded to a call of 100 block of E 3rd St. for a burnt smell and a small amount of smoke in a laundry room. Upon investigation, the source of the smoke and smell could not be found. It was thought that an electrical component of one of the machines had burned out.
