The Minnesota Department of Health has released the latest COVID-19 numbers and a total of 242, 508 tests have been completed with 24,190 positive tests. Less than 10 percent of those tested were positive results. The death total is at 1,026. Polk County added another positive test with a total of 61. Pennington County stayed
