Linda Elaine Kotera, 80, a beloved mother, and cherished friend passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024, at the Villa St. Vincent in Crookston, Minnesota.  Linda was born in Duluth, MN, on October 10, 1944, to loving parents, Fred and Laura (Banks) Fralick. Linda grew up in Duluth and graduated from Duluth Central High School.
