MnDNR invites Minnesotans to “Plant It Forward” this Arbor Day and Arbor Month

A single tree can offer shade, wildlife habitat, and a place for neighbors to gather. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources invites all Minnesotans to celebrate Arbor Day and Arbor Month by planting trees and connecting with their neighbors under this year’s theme, “Plant It Forward: A tree planted today grows a stronger community tomorrow.”

MnDOT announces overweight permit and spring load restriction changes

The Minnesota Department of Transportation announced several overweight permit and spring load restriction changes today: Please check with local agencies prior to increasing any weights on their routes. The sign erected on the roadway governs the load limit in effect. Seasonal load limit zones and restricted routes can be found on the MnDOT load limits map.
