On Saturday, July 20 at approximately 9:58 p.m. officers were dispatched to 3200 S 20 St for a reported vehicle collision. A vehicle exiting Happy Harry’s parking lot did not observe a motorcycle travelling Southbound on S 20. The two vehicles collided. No injuries to any parties. Driver of the car was issued a summons

The East Grand Forks Police Department today released complaint documents against Cadence Marie Zastoupil-Carnes. Zastoupil-Carnes is facing ten felony counts for aggravated forgery and theft by false representation.
