Crookston 6th grade girls basketball wins Cons. Championship at EGF tourney

The Crookston 6th grade girl’s basketball team won the Consolation Championship at the Green Wave Sports Booster Border Battle tournament this weekend. Bemidji beat Crookston 22-13 in the first round. The girls bounced back to beat Cavalier 29-17 in the consolation semi-finals and beat junior Manitoba Bison 35-18 in the consolation championship.
