CITY OF CROOKSTON OFFICIAL NOTICE
ENGINEERING SERVICES RFP:
This engineering design will be used to apply for USEDA funding opportunity #EDA-DISASTER-2023. The proposed property is Parcel #82.00163.01, known also as the Crookston Industrial Park and is home of the Ag Innovation Campus. The project includes a rail spur service to the Colburn site and a ladder-style rail yard with transload service. Adding 10-ton capacity on the site for truck traffic utilizing the transload service would also be required. Finally, extending water and sewer infrastructure southeast corner of Ag Innovation Campus to the water main on the south end of the Coburn site will be added to the project if funds allow.
