Crookston High School Girls Tennis players Kaylie Clauson and Addie Fee competed in the Bemidji Lumberjack Open Tennis tournament on Sunday, July 9 in Bemidji. The girls won all three of their matches and won the 16U championship.
In the first round, they beat Giselle Haugen and Kaitlyn Workman of Bemidji 6-1, 6-0. In the semi-finals, they beat Piper Kezar and Olivia Schuster of Thief River Falls 6-1, 6-0. In the championship, they beat Megan Berg and Lilly Caron of Bemidji 6-2, 4-6, 10-8.
Clauson and Fee will be Juniors in the fall.
