On Monday, July 19, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office was informed of a counterfeit $100 bill at All That & More, located at 680 1st Street West in the City of Fosston. The counterfeit bill is believed to have been taken in during the time period of July 12 to July 19.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office encourages residents and businesses to closely examine paper currency and to report bills that appear suspicious.
This is an active investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
