The Crookston Youth Basketball 3rd grade girls basketball team finished third place in the Sacred Heart tournament this past weekend.
Crookston beat Sacred Heart 17-8 in the first round. In the semi-finals, Warren-Alvarado-Oslo beat Crookston 14-8. In the third-place game, Crookston beat Red Lake Falls 14-1.
Members of the team are Kaitlyn Klawitter, Emma Newquist, Isabelle Beckman, Marie Prudhomme, Annie Kollin, Kaia Baglien, Penelope Smith, and Keira Gudmundson.
The team is coached by Kalie Normandin and Karissa Beckman.
