The Crookston 6th Grade Girls Basketball team won all three of their games at the Crookston Youth Basketball Association tournament and finished as champions. The Crookston Jaguarz beat Thief River Falls 30-12 in the first round.
In the second game, they beat Minnesota All-Stars 26-15. In the championship game, Crookston beat Grand Forks 31-14.
Members of the team are Zaelyn Normandin, Paisley Hanson, Isabelle Beckman, Luella DeLong, Kaitlynn Klawitter, Emma Newquist, Marie Prudhomme, and Keira Gudmundson. The team is coached by Delon Blackman and Kalie Normandin.
