CROOKSTON ARMY NATIONAL GUARD PAYS VISIT TO CHS STUDENTS

On Wednesday, April 10, Crookston’s Army National Guard Recruiters came by Crookston High School. Sgt. Bakke and Specialist O’Hara discussed the benefits of joining the Army National Guard. The benefits included the kind of help you can get to pay for college and the type of long-term benefits you can get when buying a house.

They also brought along with them a brand new OSH-KOSH ATV. This vehicle is replacing the older Armored ATVs in the Military. This is one of the first ones that has come off the line. These are custom-built and are very unique to see in person. Students could ask questions about the vehicle and sit in the ATV.

Mr. Oliver’s class and CHS thank Crookston Armory/National Guard for coming into class and visiting.
