CROOKSTON BOYS AND GIRLS TRACK TEAMS COMPETE IN WARREN

The Crookston Pirate Boys and Girls Track teams competed at the West Marshall Invitational meet in Warren. The Crookston girls finished fifth out of 11 teams with 58 points. West Marshall won the meet with 163 points.
The Pirate Boys finished ninth out of 10 teams with 20 points. East Grand Forks won the meet with 181 points.

The Crookston Pirate Girls team was led by Chloe Boll, with a second-place finish in the pole vault. Halle Winjum is back competing this week in the pole vault after an ACL tear this past summer. She finished third place with a vault of 8-6. Ashlyn Bailey continues to run well as she finished fourth in the 100, fifth in the 200, and was also on the 4th place 4×100 relay team.

The Crookston Boys team was led by Makoti Weber, who had a personal best in the pole vault of 10 feet. Aaron Gosse finished fifth in the 100 meters with a time of 11.8. Jayden Mulvey finished sixth place in the 1600 meters, and the 4×100 relay team of Aaron Gosse, Gavin Reitmeier, Javen Lund, and Makoti Weber finished sixth place.
