The Crookston Pirate Girl’s Swimming team finished third out of three teams at the Fosston-Bagley Seals Triangular at the Fosston High School Swimming Pool. Perham won the meet with 141 points, 49 points better than Fosston-Bagley.
Crookston was led by Madison Hoiland with the only Pirate first-place finish, in the 100 breaststroke, a second-place finish in the 200 Medley Relay, and two third-place finishes.
Claire Oman continues to have a good start to the season with a third-place finish in the 200 IM after shaving almost five seconds off her seed time, and she was on a second place and third place relay team.
Naomi Olson had her best individual finish of the early season with a third-place finish in the 500 Freestyle by cutting almost 10 seconds off her seed time. She was also on a second and third place relay team.
