ADAM ARRIAGA BUILDS NEW SHELVES FOR HIGH SCHOOL TROPHY CASE

Adam Arriaga, a senior at Crookston High School taking Travis Oliver’s Advanced Woods class, took on a unique project of making new shelves for the entryway trophy case. The current shelves did not have an edge on the front, so the awards kept falling off and getting damaged. Athletic Director Nate Lubarski asked if there was a student who would want to complete this project.

Adam made the shelves from Poplar. He measured, cut, sanded, stained, and put poly on the shelves. Next time you are at the high school, check it out.
