CROOKSTON HIGH SCHOOL TO HOLD TRIPLE A SENIOR MEAL AND AWARDS

Crookston High School, the Crookston Pirate Boosters, Pirate Fine Arts Boosters, Crookston Lions Club, and Crookston Rotary Club will team up to host the 15th Annual Triple A (Academics, Arts, and Athletics) Senior recognition banquet on Monday, May 1, with the dinner at 6:00 p.m. and awards ceremony to start at 7:00 p.m. at the Crookston High School.

Crookston High School senior’s meal tickets are free, but anyone else will need to buy a meal ticket by April 24 at the Crookston High School, KROX, or Wonderful Life Foods. The meal will be catered by the Irishman’s Shanty.   “If you’re going to participate in the meal, we ask that parents or anybody else purchase tickets for $17 per person, and no tickets will be sold at the door,” said Crookston High School Activities Director Nate Lubarski. “If you are just going to the award ceremony, you don’t need a ticket.”

The banquet will honor the seniors with Academic Letters, Athletics, Band, Choir, Drama, Knowledge Bowl, Leo Club, National Honor Society, Orchestra, Speech, Student Council, Top Academics, Visual Arts, Yearbook, Riverwatch, and Environthon, along with scholarship awards. “We are just recognizing our seniors on this day.  It is a fun evening. We highlight all their awards in academics, arts, and athletics,” said Lubarski.

The Crookston High School Triple A (Academics, Arts, and Athletics) Senior recognition banquet will be held Monday, May 1, with the meal at 6:00 p.m. and awards ceremony at 7:00 p.m.  Meal tickets can be purchased at the Crookston High School, KROX, or Wonderful Life Foods by April 24 for $17.
