Crookston’s Ace Hardware, formally Hardware Hank, will hold a grand opening on Saturday, May 18, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
There will be vendors and samples at the grand opening. “We are actually going to have quite a few vendors here. We are going to have a rep from STIHL set up to do demos, the rep from Big Green Egg is going to be here cooking, we are going to have a Blackstone going and a Traeger, so lots of samples,” said Buckalew. “We are going to be doing a wish list event where you get to choose an item you’d like to win from eight different departments in the store.”

The drawings hope to bring plenty of foot traffic to the store this weekend. “We are just really excited. We are proud of the store and proud of what we’ve done,” said Buckalew. “We really wanted to do something nice for the community, for Crookston. We are proud of what we’ve done and want to celebrate it with everyone in town.”
