The Crookston Pirate Girl’s Tennis team was scheduled for a big matchup today against a top-10-ranked Staples-Motley. The teams started the duel and did finish a couple of the matches, but the rest of the contest was rained out.
Crookston is 13-5 on the season and will await their seeding in the Section 8AA tournament. All matchups between Crookston and Staples-Motley were canceled this season due to rain.
