Crookston’s game against Thompson has been postponed to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The Crookston Pirate Baseball team will play one of the top teams in North Dakota, when they clash with Thompson, N.D. on the first day of the Jim Karn Baseball Classic in Crookston tonight. The Pirates are 1-2 in a limited start to the baseball season and coming off a pair of losses at Roseau on Tuesday. Thompson, N.D. is 9-1 on the year before they opened the Karn Classic playing Red Lake County at 4:30 PM in Crookston. Game time is slated for 6:30 PM between Crookston and Thompson at the Jim Karn Baseball Field in Crookston with the RiverView Health pre-game show starting about 6:00 PM or immediately following the Red Lake County and Thompson game which will also be on KROX RADIO. Both games will be on the internet by going to the LISTEN LIVE link at the top of this page.
