The Crookston Ponies fastpitch softball team traveled to Fosston and won the tournament by going 3-0 on the day on Thursday.
In the first round Crookston beat Fosston 3-1.
Second round – Crookston beat Warroad 4-3
In the championship – Crookston beat Fertile 5-0.
The championship was the second of the summer for the Crookston Ponies team. They took second place in the other tournament they played in.
Members of the team are Jenna Coauette, Kendall Bergquist, Brianna Kelly, Lexi Reinhart, Kailee Magsam, Macy Fee, Quinn Seigle, Julia Lalliare, Emilee Tate, Halle Winjum and Ally Perrault. The team is coached by Lacia Hanson, Jasmin Hanson and Kenze Epema.
