Crookston High School Leo Club advisor and Crookston Lions Club member Linda Morgan received a big honor from the International Lions Club Saturday evening. Morgan was given The International President’s Award for all her service work with the Crookston High School Leo Club and Crookston Lions Club. This is the second-highest award the Lion’s Club gives out. Lions Club International President Fabricio Oliveira said, “The International President’s Award is an expression of our appreciation for your excellence in service to those in need. Your hard work and compassion serve as an example to your fellow Lions, your community and our world. You have demonstrated that Make Your Mark starts with us, and your bold steps forward are leading the way.” President Oliveira added, “Along with this award, I would like to express my personal gratitude for your efforts and accomplishments. I know you will continue to enrich the lives of your fellow club members and others as your ongoing service provides even greater humanitarian impact.”
