Governor Tim Walz will have a press conference today at 3 p.m. to talk about bar and restaurant guidelines, along with reopening salons and barbershops.

Also joining Governor Walz in the press conference will be Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm; Department of Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Steve Grove; Director of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Joe Kelly; and Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Myron Frans.
