Highland and Washington Schools are holding their annual two-week Read-a-Thon fundraisers thru Friday, November 18.
So far, Highland and Washington students have read over 100,000 minutes!
Students are participating in Dr. Seuss-themed dress-up days and having friendly competitions to promote reading. Money raised will be used for field trips in the spring, school supplies students need, enrichment materials teachers request for their classrooms, and to support special days and activities planned for students throughout the year.
