In honor of Veterans Day, Highland Elementary School is inviting veterans from Highland families to join students and staff for a complimentary lunch on Wednesday, November 11, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Highland School cafeteria.
This is a small way for the Highland students and staff to recognize, thank, and celebrate the brave men and women who have served our country. They are grateful for your courage, dedication, and sacrifice, and they would be honored to have veterans join them for this special occasion.
The school requests that veterans call 218-281-5600 to reserve a spot during the lunch period. Making a reservation will help food service staff plan food preparation accordingly. Reservations need to be made by Monday, November 9.
