Joe’s Diner, which is owned by Crookston native Joe Bushaw, will be coming to Crookston with a goal of opening in the old El Gordito Market in early December.
The news was leaked in a Facebook post earlier today –
Hello to my hometown, Crookston! We are SO excited to be coming to you guys! We will keep extra updates on how the remodeling process is going as well as an opening date. We will be opening downtown in the old El Gordito’s restaurant. Our long-term goal is to open in a much bigger facility when the time comes.
However, while the opportunity arose; we are going to get our feet in the door in the awesome town of Crookston.
If everything goes as planned, we will be a 24/7 Restaurant serving breakfast all day, homemade lunches, hand pattied burgers, delicious appetizers, and more! Currently, our goal opening date is in early December.
