Joseph Wallin – Obit

Joseph E. Wallin, 73, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 15, 2019. Joe was born in Pelican Township on January 11, 1946, to Oscar and Ruth Wallin. After graduating from Pequot Lakes High School in 1964 he attended St. Cloud State University. He was involved in the retail business for many years both at J.C. Penney Co. and Herbergers.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Constance Wallin; sons: Eric (Pascha), Justin and Michael; grandchildren: Madeline, Mitchell, Benjamin, Alex, Brandon, Toby and Marie; sisters, Caroljean (John) Weise, Jeanette (Frank) Fee; brothers: Calvin (Shirley) Wallin, John (Carolee) Wallin and Paul (Lisa) Wallin; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James and Jerry; and granddaughter, Abigail.

Services will be 2 PM on Tuesday, July 23, at Pequot Lakes Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Nisswa. Arrangements are with Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes.
