Kathleen “Kathy” Sautter – OBIT

Kathleen “Kathy” Sautter, age 76, beloved, spouse, mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on February 7, 2025.

She entered this world on September 14, 1948, in Crookston Minnesota to Rosaire and Alice Boucher. She was united in marriage on September 15, 1973, to Randall Sautter at St Ann’s Catholic Church in Crookston, Minnesota. Randy and Kathy’s marriage was blessed with three children and 10 grandchildren. Kathy was a nurse at Glenmore Foundation, a drug and alcohol treatment center for over 35 years. In her spare time, she especially enjoyed finding treasures at the local thrift stores and garage sales to share with her family and friends. She fully retired in 2011 and enjoyed more days at the lake. She looked forward to the holidays and time spent with her family. She loved and cherished her grandchildren.

She was survived by her spouse Randall Sautter; sons, Brian (Heidi) Sautter of New York Mills, MN, Timothy (Andrea) Sautter of Tucson, AZ; daughter, Alicia Jay of Crookston, MN; grandchildren, Seth Huffman, Kaitlyn Sautter, Neil Sautter, Adrienne Olson, Addisen Campbell, Philip Sautter, Brynn Sautter, Amelia Sautter, Adeline Sautter, and Allan Jay; sisters, Bonnie (Allen) Brost and Mary Pierre; sister-in-law, Elaine Boucher; brother-in-law, Fred Wood; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Rosaire and Alice Boucher; brother, Dean Boucher; sister- Gayle Kline; sister-in-law, Sandy Wood; and brother-in-law, Bruce Sautter.

A private service is planned for immediate family members. A memorial service will be held at later date.
