KROX Radio has made the difficult decision to close the offices to the public until further notice to keep staff and guests safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The KROX staff will still be working in the KROX studios in downtown Crookston, but we want to make sure we limit the risk and try to slow the spread of the coronavirus. We have made the decision to conduct all our Valley Talk interviews over the phone to limit the number of people that speak into the microphones for the safety of everybody. “We are considered an essential service to the community by the government and we can’t afford to have any of our staff sick during this important time,” said KROX President/GM Chris Fee. “We want to protect our staff and their family’s health. We also want to make sure our valley talk guests stay healthy as well. Listeners won’t notice a difference other than the Valley Talk interviews being done over the phone. It will be business as usual, just without people being able to stop by without an appointment.”
KROX will still have our employees out and about in the community, covering meetings and other important events. To make an appointment, call KROX at 218-281-1140 or email krox@rrv.net. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
