The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 650 new cases of COVID-19 and two deaths. The positive test rate was 5 percent, down from Sunday.
Five new cases have been reported in Polk County bringing the total to 115. Red Lake and Pennington counties each added one case. All the numbers are below –
