MINNESOTA REPORTS 2,150 NEW COVID CASES AND 22 DEATHS, POLK COUNTY HAS 14 NEW CASES AND 1 DEATH

The Minnesota Department of Health released the COVID-19 numbers for today and the state reported 2,150 cases with 22 deaths. 1 death was reported in northwest Minnesota, in Polk County. Polk County reported 14 new cases with seven probable, Roseau County had 12 with one probable, Mahnomen County had 8 with two probable, Norman County had 6, and Pennington County had 2 with five probable,

Positive PCR test results are considered confirmed cases. Positive antigen test results are considered probable cases.

All probable cases get the same public health follow up and recommendations as cases confirmed by PCR tests.
