The University of Minnesota Crookston Volleyball team finished off their road portion of the season with a 3-0 loss at Minot State in a match that the Beavers got stronger as the match went on. UMC battled the first set before falling 22-25, but then Minot State would jump out to quick starts in each of the last two sets to win easily 18-25, 15-25 and Minot State had a weekend sweep and has won three matches in a row and are 13-15 overall and 6-12 in the Northern Sun Conference. UMC has lost six in a row to drop to 4-22 overall and 2-16 in the conference. The Golden Eagles will be home on Friday and Saturday to wrap up their season with Northern State on Friday at 5:00 PM and Minnesota State-Moorhead on Saturday at 2:00 PM.
