The state’s leading small business political action committee, NFIB MN PAC, endorsed Dr. Steve Gander (East Grand Forks) for election to Minnesota House District 1B.
“Dr. Gander will bring a wealth of experience and the right vision to St. Paul,” said John Reynolds, NFIB Minnesota State Director. “As a small business owner and longtime local leader, Gander understands that small businesses are the backbone of communities across Minnesota. We know Steve Gander will stand by the hardworking men and women on Main Street and look forward to working with him to grow our state’s economy.”
State legislative endorsements are determined by the NFIB MN PAC Board, which is comprised of small business owners in the state.
The NFIB MN PAC, the political arm of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Minnesota, endorses candidates who will stand with small business owners in the Minnesota Legislature. Candidates are evaluated based on their positions on key small business issues, as determined by NFIB members.
NFIB represents more than 10,000 small businesses in Minnesota. The NFIB MN PAC endorsement is an important signal to voters across the state that a candidate will stand with small business.
