Notice is hereby given that the City of Crookston will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 23 at 7:00 p.m. at the Crookston City Hall Council Chambers at 124 N Broadway, in Crookston, MN.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on Rezoning for the Natures View Estates Plat 5 development. Three distinct zoning districts are currently within the proposed footprint of the plat; Zone C-2 (Highway District), FR (Farm Residential), and R-3(Multi-Family). The City of Crookston Planning Committee recommends changing the current zoning footprint of the Natures View Estates Plat 5 to R-2 (1 & 2 Family Residential). The public hearing is intended to provide citizens with input to any zoning changes being considered within Crookston City limits.
All persons who may have an interest in the program are encouraged to attend the public hearing.
