On Wednesday, August 5, at approximately 3:25 p.m., the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a cell phone crash detection alert near 230th Street SW & 370th Avenue SW in rural Fisher.
Deputies arrived on scene and located a UTV that was on its roof with two juvenile occupants outside of the vehicle. Fisher First Responders and Fire Department responded to the scene along with Crookston Area Ambulance.
Both occupants were transported to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks for their injuries. No further information will be released at this time, and the crash is still under investigation.
