SECTION 8A WRESTLING SEEDS ANNOUNCED, CROOKSTON GETS #3 SEED

The Section 8A Wrestling coaches held the Team Tournament seeding meeting on Friday and picked United North Central as the top team as expected.  The seeds and tournament schedule are below –

3. Crookston
4. BGMR
5. Fosston/Bagley
6. Mahnomen-Waubun
7. Barnesville
8. Fertile-Beltrami

FIRST ROUND – Tuesday, February 15 at high seed 7:00PM
1. #8 Fertile-Beltrami at #1 United North Central (at Menahga)
2. #5 Fosston/Bagley at #4 BGMR (at Greenbush)
3. #6 Mahnomen/Waubun at #3 Crookston
4. #7 Barnesville at #2 Frazee

SEMI-FINALS – Friday, February 18 at Fertile
5. Winner of 1 vs Winner of 2 – 6:00 PM
6. Winner of 3 vs Winner of 4 – 6:00 PM

CHAMPIONSHIP – Friday, February 18 at Fertile
