Crookston along with 15 counties in Minnesota and North Dakota is in a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until Saturday, June 8 at 8:00 p.m.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the following 15 counties –
Northwest Minnesota – Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties.
West-central Minnesota – Clay and Wilkin counties
North Dakota – Grand Forks, Cass, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, and Traill counties.
The watch includes the cities of Ada, Argyle Breckenridge, Crookston, East Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, Enderlin, Fargo, Forman, Grand Forks, Greenbush, Gwinner, Hallock, Halstad, Hatton, Hillsboro, Karlstad, Lancaster, Lisbon, Mayville, Milnor, Moorhead, Portland, Red Lake Falls, Roseau, Rutland, Stephen, Thief River Falls, Twin Valley, Wahpeton, Warren, Warroad and everywhere in between.
